![]() You should go to the discord and talk to Constance since they wrote it all and love to talk about the story. Is the white rabbit Edsel, and the nightmare is Amos reliving the Cinderbreathe taking Edsel away to presumably be killed? It's not stated in game, but on a Wolfire facebook post it explains that this is roughly what happened to Edsel, though I don't think the reason he was taken away and killed was ever explained.Īnyway, sorry for the long post. In it you see a dead white rabbit that Amos appears to recognize, and he goes back to his home, where a Cinderbreathe guard is there to "take someone from him". Lastly, I have a theory about the tutorial dream sequence. Is it ever elaborated on what the Reapers are? Would I be right in assuming they're just stronger versions of the possessed rabbits you fight throughout the B path? There's a note that says they just ignored each other, which would imply they're both sentients being controlled by the same spirits. I thought the plan was to blow up Collinpeak? Why are we at the Empry? And it also seems a bit out of character for Amos to do this with no remorse or concern for his sister who lives there. Jario's plan is to blow up Collinpeak with a bomb, but when you get to that point and Ano tries to sway you to his side, if you choose to be loyal to Jairo, it cuts to Amos using the bomb to blow up the Empry instead. The beginning of the game tells us that Therium-2 is a different world from Overgrowth, yet Luguru exists and Turner is mentioned a lot in one of the B endings, so is Overgrowth/Lugaru canon in Therium or not? How does he know to show up to try and stop you from destroying the Empry? I assume he's a remnant of the Cinderblood rebellion, but that seems to be all you know about him. Who is Gunk? Unless I missed something, the game does not elaborate on him much at all. Why is it only recently one of them has tried to colonize the Therium? Looking at the map, Therium is quite a large bit of land located between Cinderbreathe and Arliss, who have presumably been around for a long time. But why? Why is Amos so crucial? I don't think it's ever explained why they need him, they just manipulate him into doing what they want by lying about Edsel, but surely the Cinderbreathe have other capable assassins who can attempt to do the job? ![]() Ano needs Amos for his plan to stop the Arlissian Collective's slave ring. There's a few things I don't really get though, hoping I can get some answers here because it's likely I overlooked some things. Took me a few playthroughs to really wrap my head around the story but when I did I found it all pretty interesting.
